Shabbir & Brothers is a retail store dealing in crockery, kitchenware, glassware, and household essentials, established in 1948 and located at Shop D1, Ashraf Bhaie Street, Bohra Bazaar, Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use this website only for lawful purposes.

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to photography, lighting, or manufacturer updates, and product availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice. All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice; we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify the customer before processing such an order.

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp Business, or Instagram, and we currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer

An order is only confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been received or COD has been confirmed with the customer. Delivery timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy, and while we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays due to courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which we encourage you to review before making a purchase, particularly regarding the return window and non-refundable charges.
